This development was a partnership between the original landowners and Classic Developments. The land on this site and the surrounding Tauriko Business Estate area were previously home to a pumice quarry, the unique levels that come with a quarry development has meant the buildings needed to be designed to retain the upper sites, and as such the infrastructure includes strong reinforcement.

Classic Developments alongside CBC, managed the complete process, from land development through to providing two lots, for two separate commercial tenants, with bespoke building fit outs to suit their business needs. The project included a right of way at the back of the lots to ensure ease of access for service vehicles through the centre of the lots.
