This Queenstown landmark is one of the most challenging sites Classic Developments has faced.

Silt layers in the surrounding hills required construction of a retaining wall with 30m deep concrete piles that had to be built on terrain with a slope of 45 degrees, this had to be developed before any of the building construction could begin.
